Why is the server White Listed:
For many years as owner of other Minecraft Servers one of the most frustrating aspects of running a server is having to monitor the server 24/7 for hackers and players that will not use a vanilla Minecraft Client. so when they log on they can bypass permissions and do what ever they wish, they fill entitled to do as they please, with out fowling any rules. They believe in lawlessness and do not care what damages that they do, It's how they were raised as kids.
To help prevent them from accessing my severs again I started using white list only. and it works well for now.

A person with no morals and no responsibility lacks a moral compass and avoids accountability for their actions.
This absence of ethical principles and personal accountability often leads to selfish, harmful, or unethical behavior.  Such individuals may disregard the well-being of others, justify wrongdoing through phrases like "It’s just business" or "It’s just a game," and consistently evade blame. They may believe "might makes right" and feel no obligation to others, often focusing solely on self-interest. 

Key traits include:

Lack of empathy: Shows little concern for others' feelings or needs. 
Avoidance of responsibility: Uses excuses like "It’s not my problem" to deflect accountability. 
Selfishness: Prioritizes personal gain over ethical considerations. 
Moral justification: May claim morality is a "mental construction" to rationalize self-serving behavior. 
While some may argue that moral behavior can exist without rigid rules—such as acting to reduce pain and increase joy—those with no morals typically lack the foundational empathy and sense of duty necessary for healthy relationships or societal contribution. Ultimately, such a mindset undermines trust, cooperation, and long-term personal fulfillment. 

These type of people are not welcomed on our server.
